The second session of the Leadership Lecture Series was held on 18th October 2022. It was co-hosted by the Centre for Leadership Excellence and “Le Vox Populi”, the HR club of LIBA. Dr. Subramani Ramakrishnan, Director, Workforce Management, IBM, was the guest speaker, who spoke about ‘ACE’, which is Antennas Up, Connecting the Dots and Execution. The session aimed to instil a sense of leadership among the students, so they could become better leaders; to learn relevant skill sets, that will be valid in the future and to be ready to unlearn, past learnings and re-learn new things.
