The First Faculty Seminar (FSS) 2022 for the academic year was held on 24th August 2022 at LG1, LIBA. Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun, SJ, Director-LIBA conducted the seminar on the topic, “Why Machines becoming Radically Human will Impact Businesses?” The four parts of his Thesis were: 1. Machines are becoming human that transform business, 2. Not just human abilities, but human fallibility – bias, 3. Machines have also become subjective – human like, and 4. What is the impact of this radical transformation on the business. The Seminar ended with Director proposing a framework including Intelligence, Data, Expertise, Architecture and Strategy, which will make Artificial Intelligence to move towards Natural Intelligence, once AI is adapted removing fallibility effectively in the process.
