On 17 June 2022 Dr. Akanksha Jaiswal, Assistant Professor of LIBA, conducted an FDP on PROCESS Macro which is a tool for advanced statistical data analysis. PROCESS is an easy-to-use tool that is popularly used by researchers across the globe. The tool is widely accepted in top-category peer- reviewed journals. Hence, the aim of the FDP was to expose the participants to the tool, provide hands- on-training using a dataset, and explain to the participants how to interpret and report the results in their future research papers. The FDP also provided a conceptual clarity to the participants on the frequently deployed research concepts of mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation. These concepts will help the Faculty of LIBA in building complex conceptual models which can be tested using the PROCESS macro.
