The speaker for today’s BMI session was Mr. Peter Raj Kapoor, M.D of Luxury Hues Consulting, who delivered his insights on Situational Leadership. The speaker believes that in today’s world, it’s not about being a successful leader, rather an effective leader. He explained to the students, the process and the skills needed to become an effective leader and concluded the session by saying that, to be successful, one needs to become redundant themselves and make their team independent. The more the team is independent of the leader, the more it determines a leader’s success.
