ESG is not just ticking the boxes, but it is about making a difference on the people and planet. In this connect, the Centre for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance (CBEG) in collaboration with the Management Development Centre (MDC) of LIBA organized the second Management Development Programme on ESG Compliance and Reporting for Managers on 23rd March 2024. Prof. P. C. Lakshmi Narayanan, Dean-Academics set the tone for the event and emphasised the need for environmental consciousness. Mrs Meenakshi Jayaraman, Company Secretary, SIFY Limited addressed the participants on Evolving ESG Landscape, while Mr. Dinesh Chawla, Associate Principal at 360 Wealth, threw light on ESG reporting Impact and implications. Mrs. Anne Davies, Chief Business Officer, Coaching Foundation India spoke on the Future Forward of ESG. Participants from across various corporates were positively influenced to implement the best ESG practices for meaningful change.
