The 20th session of BMI was conducted on 5th March 2024 by Mrs. Petula Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce, on the topic Navigating the Leadership Labyrinth : Evolving from Co Worker to Manager. Mrs. Petula as CEO of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce has spearheaded growth and strategic development and discussed the transition from being a team member to a leader, and the qualities that make a good leader. She highlighted aspects like inspiring others, taking initiative, decision-making, and selflessness. Beyond Management Initiative (BMI) aims to have an ongoing Industry connect and expose a student to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
