The 11th Faculty Seminar Series was conducted on 22nd February 2024, with Dr. R. Deepa presenting on the topic Identifying AI – focused capabilities for the HR Managers a systematic review and research. She explained the different levels of decision-making involving AI in HRM: 1. Artificial Natural Intelligence (ANI). 2. Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) 3. Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). The objective of the faculty seminar session is to bring together the faculty fraternity and through the presentation of research activity to promote discussions regarding the topic and related topics leading to a robust research atmosphere at LIBA.
