The 18th session of BMI was conducted on 21st February 2024 by Mr. Vinod Kumar, Senior VFX Artist & Trainer at DNEG, on the topic VFX & Animation Industry 2024. Mr Vinod shared about the industry trends, pipeline, talent and technology powering it, evolving market and future platforms of VFX. The crucial role of management in the VFX industry, where tight deadlines and complex workflows demand efficient organization and leadership. Objective of the Beyond Management Initiative (BMI) is to have an ongoing Industry connect and also expose a student to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
