Dr. S. Uma Priyadharshini

Dr. S. Uma Priyadharshini is the Chair of the Centre for Ethics & Corporate Governance (CEG) and an Assistant Professor specializing in Finance. Her academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance, a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and ACS (Inter), along with a Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University.

With 8 years of teaching experience and 6 years dedicated to research, Dr. Priyadharshini brings a strong foundation in both finance and ethical governance. Her role as Chair of the CEG reflects her commitment to promoting integrity, ethics, and responsible leadership among students. Dr. Priyadharshini’s blend of expertise in finance and corporate governance provides her students with valuable insights into the principles of ethical financial management, preparing them for responsible roles in the corporate world.
