The 12th BMI session held on November 24, 2021, was kindled by a very distinguished personality, Mr. Karthik Panneerselvam, Customer Relationship Manager, Digital Marketing and Loyalty Lead: E-commerce, Fashion & Lifestyle.
The topic being quite discrete, and captivating was very well explained by Mr. Karthik, by throwing light on Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty space in ecommerce. He began the session by saying how DM, CRM & Loyalty are interconnected in E-commerce. He then went on to explain the five important functions that should be carried out in every ecommerce site which includes Site Merchandising, Brand/Category, Site operations, Trade Marketing & DM/CRM/Loyalty.
This BMI session offered a unique opportunity for students to listen to Mr. Suresh and thereby get benefitted from his significant experience and valuable insights.
