The 16th session of BMI was conducted on 7th February 2024 by Mr. Balasubramanian Jayam, the Founder and CEO of The Half Brick on the topic Raw Stories of Entrepreneurial Spirit. Driven by a desire to ignite passion and nurture self-reliance in the youth, Mr. Jayam leverages his diverse expertise to create hands-on experiential learning programs facilitated by industry experts. The objective of the Beyond Management Initiative (BMI) is to have an ongoing Industry connect and also expose a student to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
