The 17th session of BMI was conducted on 15 February 2024 and was facilitated by Ms. Rebekah Eunice, People Consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in OD, SWP, and process design, on the topic MBA to Corporate Journey and Future HR Roles. Sharing her journey towards career clarity the speaker emphasized her internship and placement experience and stressed the importance of long-term career vision over short-term compromises. She highlighted factors like team, culture, and growth potential, her own story of initial dissatisfaction and eventual shift to a more fulfilling role, she encouraged perseverance and working towards a tailored long-term plan, whether it be a specific job or even starting a business. The objective of the Beyond Management Initiative (BMI) is to have an ongoing Industry connect and expose a student to many societal elements which contributes to the holistic and grounded growth and approach towards work and personal life.
