LIBA has become learning B School, not merely teaching school. This is why we don’t have exams, we have only assessment of learning. Everyone learns in LIBA. Faculty are there only to assist the students in their learning. Self-driven learning makes the students learn more outside the class rooms than inside.

Under the shade of Arabian tents that serve as breakout rooms students spend reading, discussing and arguing on a theme. That is aimed at solving a problem posed from case studies of businesses.

LIBA aims to transform teaching and learning in MBA: a) teach to question, b) teach to imagine. B schools teach only knowledge and assess only retention. All objective tests focus on mental habits; no course is there to develop character.

In actual life in a company the score has no use. In a company, we need people who handle and solve problems, manage people and passion to perform. So B Schools should help the students to become competent to solve problems; even the students must learn to create problems and solve the problems.

B Schools should produce students who have passion to perform, imagine, have hunger in stomach, and ability to handle problems.
