Dr. Anjali Daisy S is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource at LIBA.
Dr.Anjali Daisy is an assistant professor in Human Resource. She holds a Ph.D. degree in the field of Emotional Intelligence. She developed an Emotional Competence Inventory for IT employees in Tamil Nadu. She has published more than 25 research publications in Scopus/WOS/ABDC indexed journals with a h index of 7. She serves as a Consulting Editor for Psychology of Religion and Spirituality and act as a Reviewer for IGI Global. She has offered MOOC Courses in the SWAYAM/NPTEL platforms. She has over 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience with top management institutions. She is a Certified Trainer at AIMA-Biz Lab for Business Simulation and at Talent Metrix for Emotional Quotient and Psychometric Assessment. She has conducted Emotional Intelligence training programs for police officials, corporate employees, healthcare professionals, bank employees, academicians, and more. She has conducted workshops on MOOC Course Development, Gamification, Research Article Writing. Having completed certification courses in the areas of Mind control, Competency Mapping, and teaching in higher education from international universities like University of Michigan, University of Toronto, Yale University, and University of Washington, she can be able to incorporate several global teaching-learning methodologies in the courses she handles.
