ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

Dr. G. Jaculine Priya is the Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence at LIBA.

Dr. G. Jaculine Priya is an Assistant Professor at LIBA with a specialization in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AL) applied in the field of digital fraud detection. She has 11 years of teaching experience. Her research interests include computer fraud and security. She has published numerous papers in Scopus, IEEE, and UGC journals, authored, contributed to, and published books, including: 1. Understanding Cryptography 2. Machine Learning (ML) for information extraction in the health care domain. She has participated in and presented at various National and International conferences, enabling research scholars to understand the latest and greatest in technology evolution. She is very passionate about making a difference in every student’s career by dedicating herself to academia. She has also enriched her knowledge by participating in corporate training programmes geared towards leveraging new techniques and innovation in academia. Some of the training programmes she attended are:

Mission 10x” to enhance innovation in education through various teaching methodologies, by WIPRO Technologies

“Teachers-Learners Induction Program” conducted by IIT Madras to implement new teaching methodologies, framing assessment and evaluation plans, and accreditation processes.

She received the Best Women Faculty Award in 2022 from Ransom Educational and Social Trust.

Dr. G. Jaculine Priya has a B.C.A. degree from Holy Cross College in Trichy, M.C.A. degree from Periyar Maniammai Institute of Technology—Thanjavur, M.Phil. in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Specialization: AIML) from Vels University.
