The 12th Faculty Seminar Series was conducted on 7th March 2024 by Dr. Akanksha Jaiswal who explained the topic Inclusive Leadership and Employee Voice. Workforce diversity is recognized as a strategic primacy for acquiring contributions within an ever-changing, multifaceted, and competitive organizational environment. A leader that has a strong commitment to inclusivity is more inclined to exhibit behaviour that actively encourages and recognizes the perspectives of others, while also ensuring their involvement in debates and decision-making processes. The objective of the faculty seminar session is to bring together the faculty fraternity and through the presentation of research activity to promote discussions regarding the topic and related topics leading to a robust research atmosphere at LIBA.
