The HR Advisory Council Meeting, under the guidance of Prof. B. Aiswarya, was convened online on 18th March 2024, focussing on reviewing, and refining the HR curriculum. Collaboratively, the attendees discussed strategic enhancements, including the incorporation of mandatory electives and the introduction of innovative courses. Valuable insights were shared, emphasizing the importance of aligning education with industry demands and fostering holistic student development. The main objective of the meeting was to review and refine the HR curriculum and to foster collaboration between academia and industry experts for the continuous enhancement of HR education and job readiness.
