To impart up-to-date education in B-Schools, faculty should stay abreast of the contemporary strategies in Business Schools. In this context, the Centre for Technology and Innovation (CTI) and Management Development Centre (MDC) of LIBA conducted a two-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) themed, ‘Future Proofing B School’ for St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (JIM), Trichy on 8th & 9th February 2022.
The Program was aimed at providing Strategic Direction to the faculty members of JIM. LIBA’s and other Top B-School Strategies were briefed on areas such as innovative curriculum, future of work & implications for B-Schools, strategic investment into future technology, technology in learning, revenue augmentation for survival and growth, ranking and accreditation strategies and leveraging placement opportunities. The participants found the FDP to be informative and practical.
