The 4th session of BMI was conducted on 22nd September 2022 in the presence of esteemed guest speakers, Mr. C.K. Ranganathan, the Chief Managing Director of CavinKare, and Mr. C.K. Kumaravel, the Co-Founder of Naturals. Mr. C.K. Ranganathan began the session with a quote stating: “A ship in harbour is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.” He added that this quote helped him in his transition from self-doubt to believing in himself. Mr. C.K. Kumaravel led the panel discussion. They talked about the 5D’s – Doing, Delegating, Deciding, Dropping and Designing – which would help transform small and medium-sized enterprises into big companies. The brothers motivated the crowd by stating the importance of self-belief and how essential it is for a person to expand his/her horizon and think beyond it. The speakers concluded the awe-inspiring discussion by saying that learning from our failures will help us reach higher places in our lives.
