Prof. C.K. Prahalad Centre for Emerging India, LIBA joined hand with a NGO called ARUWYE situated in Kodambakkam, Chennai for conducting a Workshop on Youth Leadership Programme – 2019 with the objective of promoting and nurturing leadership skills among youth. A total of 90 MSW students from Stella Maris College and Loyola College, Chennai participated in the Workshop. Rev. Sr. Shermila, FMA, Coordinator – Social Development, ARUWYE welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Joe Arun, SJ, Director – LIBA trained the youth on leadership skill. During his training session, he stressed upon three important qualities of a Lion, the kind of the Jungle that is required for a leader. The qualities are: the change of World View by being responsible leader; Maintaining the good values in our culture and Establishing good relationship with other empowering people and with the empower less people.
