Prof. Shanthi Venkatesh is the Chair of the Marketing department and a Professor specializing in Marketing Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics (M.A.) and a Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Anna University, providing her with a strong foundation in economic principles and marketing strategies.
With 15 years of teaching experience and 7 years in the industry, Prof. Venkatesh brings both academic and practical expertise to her role. Her extensive industry background enhances her ability to connect theory with real-world applications, making her classes both insightful and relevant. Prof. Venkatesh is dedicated to developing innovative marketing concepts and preparing students to excel in a dynamic business environment. Her leadership as Chair contributes significantly to advancing the marketing curriculum and fostering a culture of academic excellence within the department.
