On June 30th, 2023, LIBA organized its first Upskilling Staff program at LP1. The main objective was mapping staff competencies and identifying any gaps between their existing and required skills. As part of the program, a quiz was conducted, focusing on LIBA’s vision, mission, and quotes. Staff were divided into five teams of ten members each. The session fostered team building and provided an opportunity for all members to actively participate and enhance their knowledge. Refreshments were served to all attendees following the program, allowing for further interaction and relaxation.
