Management Development Centre (MDC), LIBA, conducted a two-day Supervisory Development Programme for the mid-level Executives of Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. on 9th and 10th December 2019. Dr. H. Narayanamurthi (Corporate Head – HR, Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.) inaugurated the programme. The dignitaries present were, Mr. Rajendran N, (GM, Service & Maintenance, Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.), and Mr. A. Mahesh (DGM, Operations, Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.). Dr. Aiswarya, Dr. Shanthi Venkatesh, Dr. Victor Louis Anthuvan. Dr. Kalpana and Dr. M.J. Xavier were the resource persons. Fr. Victor Roch, SJ, Dean-Administration, LIBA, delivered the Valedictory address and distributed the certificates of participation. About 30 executives from various southern Indian States participated.
