On July 13th, 2023, a training session on Office Ergonomics was conducted by Mr. Sankar Pandy for LIBA Staff. The session aimed to assess the staff’s fitness levels, and provide training to develop habits that enhance their abilities for optimal performance at work. Following the assessments, Mr. Sankar discussed the objective of the session, which was to understand the causes of Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI), myths, explore facts, and identify factors influencing pain. The focus was to train the staff on office ergonomics, enabling them to improve wellness and reduce the risk of injuries. Ms. Rochelle Simon, Senior Executive Secretary to the Director, extended a vote of thanks on behalf of LIBA. After the program, refreshments were served, providing an opportunity for the attendees to further interact and relax.
